Roadway Safety Driving Education Program
EZNOS Driving School offers the 3-Hour Roadway Safety Driving Education Program This three-hour class is required by the Maryland MVA for drivers who have a valid driver’s license from another country and want to apply for a Maryland driver’s license.

The Program Cost and Refund Policy
The cost of the program is $120.00. You can either pay in advance when you register for the course, or you can bring payment in cash when you come to class.
If you are unable to attend, EZNOSs Driving School can either re-schedule you for another class date or offer you a refund. The refund will not be applicable once you complete the program and given your Certificate of Completion.
What documents to bring to attend the program:
- Identity documents (Passport, State of Maryland ID card or address letter)
- Out of country driver’s license
- Green card or Work Permit issued by U.S. immigration documents
- Documentation of your Social Security number
The payment in cash, check, Zelle, if advance payment has not been made
